Customer Service Representative : Friendly, goal-oriented team player to perform outbound calls soliciting donations of clothing and small household items for non-profit charity. Previous experience and computer skills preferred. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. This is a part-time position – days, nights and Saturday mornings available.

Drivers: Immediate openings for customer service-oriented drivers. Part time schedule (3 days, about 30 hours) available now with full time possible in the near future.
In this position, you will be responsible for driving one of our trucks in a safe and prudent manner to complete a daily pick-up route of 75-100 stops to collect clothing and household items being donated to the Big Sisters Fund. Additional responsibilities include performing and documenting daily pre- and post-inspection of vehicles, loading/offloading of goods collected, and interacting with donors in a polite, professional manner.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Commercial driving experience is preferred. Applicants must be physically able to lift, carry, and manipulate goods (clothing, housewares, furniture) weighing up to 75 pounds.
